Dr. Del aka Craig Hane, Ph.D.: Founder and Subject Matter Expert
Dr. Del has taught mathematics at virtually all levels from the very basic to the most advanced math required by engineers, scientists and theoretical mathematicians.
While in high school, Dr. Del studied at DePauw University and tutored fellow students in math. He also taught trig identities to his own trig class.
Dr. Del earned a B.A. from Oberlin College in Math and English. During that time, he was a math problem session instructor.
After college, Dr. Del taught high school math at Western Reserve High School in Ohio and taught math at DePauw University while Math Department Chairman, Dr. Clint Gass, was on sabbatical.
Dr. Del returned to school and earned a Ph.D. in Algebraic Number Theory from Indiana University. While attending, he served as a Teaching Associate teaching Calculus and Logic classes.
After earning his Ph.D., Dr. Del taught all of their Advanced Theoretical Math at Indiana State University. He then went on to teach Theory plus Calculus and Differential Equations at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
Dr. Del then founded Hane Training and taught technical subjects to adults in many large companies such as Ford, Caterpillar, General Motors, and State Farm, just to name a few.
Most recently, Dr. Del is the subject matter expert and founder of Triad Math and the STEM Math Academy.

Debbie Goodman: Program Director
As Program Director, Debbie is your point of contact for any program questions you have. She will help you with any assistance you need while in our program.
Debbie attended Indiana University majoring in Business Administration. She has worked with Dr. Del for over fifteen years, and contributes to operations, sales and marketing.
Previously, Debbie has worked in operations for companies such as State Farm, Pizza Hut, Hardee’s, and the Healthcare Training Institute. She is dedicated to providing superior service and assistance.

Stephanie Worden: Certified Math Coach
Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in landscape architecture with a minor in natural resources. She then went onto Indiana University to earn a Master of Science degree in environmental science.
As a Certified Math Coach, Stephanie develops our math exercises and tests. She also contributes to web design, and controls our data management.
Previously, Stephanie was a teaching assistant for several math courses in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, and has served as a math tutor at Ivy Tech Community College.
